Shipping & Returns 

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, unless otherwise noted on the items product page.

When you add a fresh floral item to your cart, you will be prompted to select a delivery date. Deliveries are only available on the dates specified in the dropdown. If you would like to request delivery for a different date, please contact us before placing your order.

Local delivery is available for a fee to anyone in the Fresno/Clovis areas. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your zip code. After entering your address, if a delivery option does not appear, that means we don’t currently offer delivery to your area. Please contact us to see if we might be able to make an exception.

We also offer a free pickup option from our home studio near Shaw and West in Fresno. Once your order has been placed, we will email you with the pickup address and to coordinate a pickup time.

Because of the nature of our dried products, some shedding may occur during shipping. Please do not place dried products in water and keep away from direct exposure to the sun/humidity. Be gentle, dried flowers are delicate!

All items are final sale.

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP and we can work with you to resolve the issue.
